To prevent any delays in redeeming your rewards, please double-check that all your information. Redeems are processed in order they're received so please allow a bit of time. All redemptions would be done by end of the day.
The total maximum redemption permitted within a 24-hour period is $200 .If your credit balance is insufficient, any redeem request will be canceled without prior notice, or any available amount over $20 will be automatically redeemed. Zelle refunds would be prioritized, with any remaining fund distributed either through a request or direct Zelle or ACH payment
